Along with it being Mother's Day, today is also my dad's 68th birthday. My dad is the greatest!! He is the hardest working person I know and he is willing to do anything to help anyone. Growing up he didn't always know what to do with a bunch of girls, but he managed. I'm sure we drove him crazy, but he always tried so hard. One of my favorite Valentine's Days was when all of us were grown, but we were all together at mom and dad's house, and the doorbell kept ringing, and every time one of us went to get the door there was a Valentine's card there for us. It was so cute! Dad still tries to get all of us girls a Valentine's Day card from him and he does it in some special way. Thank you Dad for being such a strong, loving man who treats my mother the way a woman should be treated. You set such a great example of the type of man we should want and I'm lucky to have married a man like you!! Happy Birthday, Dad!!
